Our Pub and B&B is based in one of the most beautiful areas in Wales. Mountains and valleys offering walks from our doorstep. We are looking for extra pairs of hands to help with the 4 acres of wooded areas and camping field, repair and improvement of the existing buildings (some of which are up to 400 years old) garden and shrubbery maintenance. Helping with some of the regular cleaning jobs (mopping, Windows). We are looking for people who want to help us reach the potential this place can offer to guests and visitors and experience a real taste of the area and the community whilst they are here.

Throughout the year there will be a variety of project help, some being repetitive including internal and external maintenance, gardening, keeping landscaping tidy, painting/decorating, cleaning. planting, cutting wood, grass strimming and possibly training up in the kitchen and bar to help with glass collecting, dishwashing one shift a week. Most jobs will be done as a team or with one other person. Some smaller jobs will be individual.

Meals
3 meals per day
There would be kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge within the room with breakfast ingredients available for the volunteer to make there own breakfast most mornings. When we have guests staying over the weekends we would also offer the volunteer a cooked breakfast. Packed lunch to take out or eat in daily Evening meal based on volunteers dietary preferences/requirements. All teas, coffees and bar tap soft drinks included.

There are walks galore for the amateur walker up to the experienced hiker in the area including mountain walks, waterfalls, a lake withing 20 minute drive. Villages, pubs and other eateries within a few miles and a wildlife reserve including walks and waterfalls only a short drive away. There are also more tourist-type activities not least walking Alpacas, feeding Falcons, canoeing and outdoor adventure inc rock climbing, caving, archery and land carting.
