We own a beautiful family farm in the Herefordshire countryside, close to Ross-on-Wye and set alongside the River Wye. We run a small glamping retreat here with a handful of unique cabins and glamping accommodation spread around the farm.
It's a pretty special place to spend a few weeks. There's lots of space, beautiful countryside right outside the door and the river running alongside the property. You'll be surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife, while still being within easy reach of Ross-on-Wye, local pubs and villages.
You'll have plenty of independence and your own time, so it would particularly suit someone who enjoys the outdoors, wants a peaceful base for a while, or works remotely and fancies swapping the city for the countryside.
We're a small, friendly operation rather than a big resort, and we're looking for someone who'll enjoy becoming part of the place for a little while and helping us keep everything running smoothly.
Our main need is for a reliable, practical person to be based on site and provide occasional first-response help for our glamping guests.
We mainly need someone physically on site who can respond if a guest has an issue with their cabin – for example with a hot tub, heating, power or another practical problem.
Most issues are straightforward and we'll show you the common fixes. We'd simply need you to take a look, help if you can, and contact a local tradesperson or us if specialist help is needed.
Call-outs are occasional, so there should be plenty of free time. There may also be opportunities to help with light maintenance, DIY, gardening or other farm projects if you're interested, but being a dependable on-site presence is the main thing we're looking for.
Accommodation
Private Self-Contained Unit
We can offer either a static caravan that is self-contained or a spacious pitch on our farm for your own campervan or motorhome, surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
An electric hook-up is available, and you'll have access to a nearby toilet and shower block as well as a kitchen.
There's plenty of outdoor space around the farm, and Starlink Wi-Fi is available for internet access. You'll need to bring your own bedding, towels and usual campervan equipment.

Local area
We're in a beautiful rural part of Herefordshire, close to Ross-on-Wye and right by the River Wye. The area is fantastic for walking, cycling, kayaking and exploring the countryside, with the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean nearby.
There are plenty of traditional country pubs, villages and market towns to explore, as well as places like Symonds Yat, the Malvern Hills, Hereford and Monmouth within easy reach.
We're quite rural, so having your own car or other transport will make it much easier to explore and get the most from your stay.
The map shows the approximate area. The exact location is shared once a stay is confirmed.
